Standard catalogue paintings

Master Arts is so confident that you will cherish your masterpiece reproduction that we offer an unconditional 100% replacement or refund guarantee on all standard catalogue paintings. If for any reason you would like to return your painting, we will offer you a replacement painting or a full refund of the purchase price. You will just have to arrange the return shipping.

Special request paintings

Where a painting has been specially requested, and is not part of our normal catalogue, the Master Arts replacement guarantee still applies. If for any reason you would like to return your specially requested painting, we can offer a replacement painting. Alternatively, we can also offer a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. You will just have to arrange the return shipping.

Personally commissioned portraits

Our quality control process for commissioned portraits ensures that you are 100% satisfied with your portrait before you even receive it! You will have the opportunity to see a proof of your painting, and have the opportunity to request revisions until satisfied. Because of this process, where a portrait has been personally commissioned, the Master Arts guarantee applies for damaged paintings only. In the unlikely event that a painting is damaged during shipping, we will offer you a replacement painting.
